Come to this Game-Based Learning Lunch session for an inside look at how one game-based project—Total Animal—is progressing. Total Animal is a mobile app that digitizes existing content from Ohio 4-H and makes it available to a larger audience.
Jane Wright, Curriculum Manager, OSU Extension. Jane makes sure Ohio 4-H project books and resources are available, appealing, and affordable to 4-H members. With over ten years of experience in educational publishing and an MBA, she is excited to apply both in bringing Ohio 4-H curriculum into the digital age.
Dan Rockwell, Software Prototyping Manager, Technology Commercialization and Knowledge Transfer Office (which serves faculty, students, and businesses by facilitating technology commercialization and development). Dan has over eleven years of user experience design under his belt working with Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining OSU, he founded Big Kitty Labs to mentor and build rapid prototypes for startups.
