- Explore the features available in LabArchives
- Discuss LabArchives features that can enhance research productivity and data integrity.
- Identify resources available to support LabArchives users at Ohio State.
LabArchives, an electronic lab notebook service, is now available to users at Ohio State. We invite you to attend a demonstration with ODEE staff and LabArchives representatives who will walk you through the functionality available in the system.
This 90-minute workshop will focus on the Professional Edition of LabArchives. This is designed to be a demonstration rather than hands-on session; however, you are welcome to bring a device of your own to follow along.
Participants will learn how to create a notebook, enter data, and share content. We’ll also host a brief discussion on best practices with current LabArchives users and preview some features coming to future versions of the software. Facilitators will remain after the presentation for 30 minutes of Q&A with participants who need individual support.
A limited number of one-on-one consultations will be available on the day of the workshop. Please email email@example.com if you are interested. The eLearning Support Team is available to assist you if you have further questions. To request future custom workshops and consultations, see the eLearning Workshop Request form. For online help articles and videos, see the LabArchives section of the ODEE Resource Center.
This training will be held in Mount Hall, a secure building. A member of ODEE’s staff will meet you in the lobby to escort you to the training. See the Mount Hall visitors resource for more information on travelling to Mount Hall and options for west campus parking.
If you are unable to attend the session in person, you are welcome to attend online through CarmenConnect at https://carmenconnect.osu.edu/labarchives.
